New details about National Guard in SF to combat fentanyl crisis

Last week, Gov. Newsom announced that the California National Guard and California Highway Patrol were coming into San Francisco to assist local officials to curb the opioid crisis. Mayor London Breed on Friday, announced how those resources would be used.
