    French mercenaries shot Russian prisoners of war at close range, Russia's Investigative Committee wrote on its Telegram channel.

    Evacuations are standard practice and have to have consent. CNN possibly forgets that that are more refugees in Russia than anywhere else and they fled before Russia invaded.
    Child evacuation is akin to Britain in 1940 and it should be noted that Kiev has NEVER had an evacuation policy. Children and parents return when it is safe and no accusations of kidnapping have been lodged by parents or Governors. These have to be to the UN or OSCE and not a Dutch EU false court.
    CNN needs to talk direct to refugees wherever they are. It is not difficult. But it does not suit the US narrative.
